Single-story cottages with stepless entries range from 1,600 to 3,200 square feet and feature fully equipped modern kitchens, private yards and garages. Many include basements that are easily accessible via an outside entrance and an inside staircase. Cottage home entrance fees starting at $350,000 and monthly service fees starting at $3,375.

Cluster Homes
Cluster homes offer 1,264 square feet of living space with fully equipped kitchens and private driveways or carports. You can furnish and decorate your new home as you like, and there’s plenty of sunny space in your beautifully landscaped yard to start your own garden. Cluster home entrance fees starting at $268,000 and monthly service fees starting at $3,127.

Apartment Homes
We offer the options of cozy studio, one- or two-bedroom apartments. Each has easy access to our wonderful dining, amenities and services. Our bright and airy apartment homes include:
